Has your bag arrived damaged?
Please send us a photo of the damage including the shipping label immediately after arrival of the delivery to support@lumiliu.com
Damaged deliveries which are not reported immediately after arrival with us, we can not recognize as a complaint.
You want to give back your bag?
Please send us an email with the reason and we will tell you all the details for the return shipment.
The bag broke?
Please send us a photo and a photo of the damage and we will process it in the complaint department
